Garden view was a bonus. Good sized rooms with climate control, a dining area and ironing facilities, comfortable beds. Host was helpful! It offers early check-in too. Maison Reynaud, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

the breakfast was great, appreciated parking. coffee & tea making machines, an oven and kitchenware were provided with the room.
